ZenHost is self-hosted software. We deliberately engineered the product so that we do not have access to your server, your clients' (tenants') data, or any underlying PostgreSQL/MySQL databases. No usage telemetry is transmitted back to ZenHost servers without explicit, opt-in permission configured within the Provider Admin Plane.
